About

Evidence and empathy, built into the systems that reach people.

Meghana Salendra is a social-impact and public-health professional who works where evidence meets empathy — designing, delivering, and strengthening the health systems that reach families who need them most. Her path runs from village Anganwadi centres and district surveillance routes to multi-site hospital programs and global-health field assignments.

With a Master of Public Health in Surveillance, Monitoring & Evaluation, and Epidemiology, she has spent recent years turning program design into delivery — coordinating government partners, supervising field teams, and using data to make programs work in the real conditions where they operate. At Noora Health, she led the end-to-end implementation of a maternal and child health care-companion program across government hospitals in North Andhra Pradesh.

She believes durable social impact is built, not declared — through rigorous monitoring, trusted partnerships, and respect for the communities at the centre of every program. Today she designs and manages initiatives that expand opportunity and care, from adolescent-girl entrepreneurship across fifteen countries to research that makes healthcare more accessible for underserved women in India.

“Durable impact is built, not declared — through evidence, partnership, and respect for the communities at the centre of every program.”
